The advantage of brushless motor versus normal brush motor:
1. Longer life span
The life span is depend on life span of bearing instead of brush, the life span of bearing could reach thousand hours easily.
2. Low noise
The brushless motor has no brushes, the friction force is greatly reduced during operation, the operation is smooth, and the noise will be much lower.
3. Low maintenance cost
There is no need to clean the brush, or replace the brush that there is almost no maintenance cost.
4. Complex control with internal/ external driver
Desired control like rotation control, FG output, and speed control are all available with drivers.
5. High torque and power
Brushless motor could provide high torque and power, maintaining torque at a variable speed etc.
